Kundalini Yoga aims to awaken the dormant energy within an individual through a combination of physical postures, breathwork, chanting, meditation, and sound. This type of yoga promotes self-awareness, vitality, and a deeper connection with oneself.
I offer classes in West Seattle and host curated workshops at Way of Life Wellness, in Issaquah, WA.

Pilates
Pilates is a mind-body exercise that focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. It combines controlled movements, precise alignment, and breath control to promote proper posture, muscular balance, and overall physical well-being.
